Each Rip Rod and Rip Rod Valet is meticulously handcrafted from premium hardwoods and inspected for quality before shipment. We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we offer the following warranty:
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- What’s Covered: Cracks, warping, or failure due to craftsmanship or material defects.
- What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, neglect, modification, or exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, direct sunlight).
- Claim Process: If you believe your product is defective under this warranty, please contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or repair is warranted.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Rip Rod or Rip Rod Valet, our return policy is as follows:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or custom engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
